File manager with a dual pane interface. Visually compare the contents of your drives or folder and copy, paste or move your files.

NexusFile is a simple and effective file manager for Windows. It offers a lot of advantages and therefore represents a great alternative to the default Windows file explorer.
NexusFile features the typical dual pane interface that shows two folders side by side, allowing you to easily copy, paste, browse, or just compare files. Many file managers provide dual pane interfaces because they are very effective and handy. NexusFile makes no exception. Furthermore, its interface also supports tabs, which makes the file browsing even easier. The interface of this neat tool is also customizable and supports skins.

When it comes to additional features, NexusFile is well represented. It supports archiving files using the powerful ZIP compression format. It can also be used to unzip other archive formats (ZIP, RAR, ARJ, ACE, ALZ). A powerful file renaming function is also included. Last but not least a simple yet handy FTP client is also included. With its help you can connect to remote servers and perform file transfers using the FTP protocol. Shortcut keys are also supported.

As you can see, this is a powerful file manager that offers a lot of cool features. Considering it’s also free, it clearly represents a good replacement for the limited Windows Explorer.
